Workshop for Hikichi Ballet Studio/引地バレエスタジオさんでのワークショップ

去年の年末とお正月明けの2回ほど

引地バレエスタジオさんにて

若いバレリーナの卵達にワークショップをさせていただきました！

皆さんクラッシック以外は経験のない11歳から14歳くらいかな。

初めは少し緊張気味…

でもさすがの若さ！

吸収力のスピードなかなか…

お正月明けの2回目はかなりの上達。

…というか慣れてきた。

早いっ！

若く固定観念のないうちに

コンテンポラリーを体験してくれて嬉しかった…

これからも色々なダンススタイルを経験して欲しいと願っています。

楽しい経験に感謝し、

そして生徒さんが皆、私と同じくらい楽しんでくれたことを願って…

At the end of 2020 and the beginning of this year
I had the honour to give two workshops to young and little ballerinas at the Hikichi Ballet Studio

Their age range was between 11-14 years old.
No pre experiences in contemporary….

They were all slightly shy at the beginning…
But they had a great sense of movement and artistry.
All have done pretty well at the end of the class.

The second time in the new year, the improvement was remarkable!!
They even seemed to have ease in movements and looked as if they got used to the different types of movements than classical ballet.

I was honoured to have such an experience and am definitely glad that students have done this workshop. To experience diverse styles at a young age can only benefit….

Hope they have enjoyed it as much as I did!!
